Show up for a completely FREE 1:1 intro with an experienced coach. We’ll talk fitness experience, goals, and nutrition before taking you through a short workout that introduces you to our workout formats. After you’re a bit more comfortable, we’ll take you through several workouts where you’ll learn the foundational movements and fundamentals of CrossFit. You’ll be well on your path to joining our CrossFit group classes after completing this series.
